The staff was professional, friendly and calming. It was my first colonoscopy and I was very nervous. Shortly after entering the procedure room and before the anesthesia was administered (all of which was quickly done), the lights were dimmed and it was immediately calming (no glaring bright lights) and the doctor didn't move the sheet/blanket until I had gone under; thank-you. It's the little things that make you feel calmer and it was so appreciated; I felt as though the staff respected my privacy, as best they could in the situation. I had a follow-up question as soon as I returned home and the nurse came to the phone immediately and was so sweet. No need to leave a message and wait for a return call. The whole experience was positive. Thank-you all so much! Highly recommend!
